Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is unopened and remains in its original box. The buyer is responsible for a $100 return shipping fee.

Exchanges are accepted for unopened products in their original box. The buyer is responsible for a total round-trip shipping fee of $200.

Installed products are not eligible for ordinary returns or exchanges.

Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned product.

Shipping damage

If you notice damage to the outer carton, take photos immediately and email them to mark@seewin-usa.com. We will review the photos and arrange an exchange once shipping damage is verified. The buyer pays no shipping fee for a verified shipping-damage exchange; the ordinary return and exchange shipping fees above do not apply. See our shipping policy for details.
