Product features vary by model and edition. Please review the selected product, Basic or Pro edition, color, price and installation requirements before ordering. Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars; applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for unopened products in their original box. The buyer is responsible for a $100 return shipping fee. Installed products are not eligible for return. Please contact us to request a return.

SEEWIN smart toilets include a 3-year limited warranty. An optional upgrade extends total coverage to 5 years for $200, as described on the product pages. Contact our U.S.-based team for warranty and technical support.
