Free shipping within the contiguous United States

SEEWIN offers free delivery within the contiguous United States. Customers in Alaska and Hawaii should email mark@seewin-usa.com before placing an order to confirm shipping availability and charges.

Order processing and delivery

Orders typically ship on the second business day after the order is placed. Delivery typically takes 3 business days after dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Contact us to confirm timing for items marked as back order.

Shipping damage

If you notice damage to the outer carton, take photos immediately and email them to mark@seewin-usa.com. Our team will verify the damage and arrange an exchange. Buyers do not pay shipping charges for a verified shipping-damage exchange.

The shipping-damage process is separate from ordinary returns and exchanges. Please review our return and refund policy for other return requests.
