Basic vs Pro: the five key differences
Basic supports automatic lid opening. Pro adds automatic seat opening and the four additional features below. Automatic lid opening and automatic seat opening are separate functions.

Which edition should you choose?
Choose Basic if you prefer the model's everyday cleansing and comfort features without the five Pro additions. Review the individual product page for the complete feature list and current price.

Our collection includes Munich, Hannover and Leipzig models in selected finishes. Hannover has a square design. Compare the dimensions, shape, finish and specifications on each product page; the edition alone does not determine bathroom fit.

- Plumbing compatibility: Confirm the rough-in, water connection and other installation requirements listed for the chosen model with your installer.
- Electrical requirements: Review the model's electrical specifications and have your installer confirm a suitable power connection.
- Edition and finish: Confirm the Basic or Pro selection, color, current price and availability before checkout.
- Delivery: Shipping is free within the contiguous United States. Alaska and Hawaii customers should email us before ordering. Orders typically ship on the second business day and arrive about 3 business days after dispatch.

Does Basic open the lid automatically?
Yes. Basic supports automatic lid opening, but it does not include Pro's automatic seat opening.

Can I order online outside Texas?
Yes. SEEWIN accepts online purchases from customers across the United States. Shipping is free within the contiguous United States. Email us to confirm shipping to Alaska or Hawaii before ordering.
Can an installed toilet be returned?
Installed products are not eligible for ordinary returns or exchanges. Unopened products in their original box may be returned within 7 days of delivery with a $100 return shipping fee. Unopened exchanges have a $200 round-trip shipping fee. Refunds are processed within 2 business days after we receive the returned product. Read our complete return policy.
